As soon as I am done with training, can I decide which division I want to referee?

This may depend on level of experience – however, typically new referees will start with younger recreational games, and work their way through the ranks to higher level games.

I just completed the certification test last year. Do I have to do it again next year?

Yes, each year all referees are required to pass a recertification test as a refresher to understanding the Laws of the Game
